Apparently the theme has been expanded so it is not just 80's heroes you can
have any hero from TV

Also, after hearing a great story I feel like a bit of transvestism so I
need girly suggestions

Cheers

LOL, what I was poorly trying to suggest was that my statement would be
the sort of thing a woman might patronisingly say to a fells before a
party.

I'm sure you're dead handy with the patter. ;)

Oh, I thought you might be suggesting that I lust after every woman I meet
rather than engage them in debate on the effects of the French Revolution

Not bad that one. Get three mates to be the rest of the Teletubbies

Best one I ever saw was a bloke dressed as Rolf Harris and his mate dressed
as a dog but with bandages on his head and arm - they had come as Animal
Hospital. Can't steal that idea because too many know it.

One of the best I've seen was a bloke dressed as Tippi Hedren from The
Birds.

1960's skirt suit (charity shop, natch) messy blonde wig, bit of lippy and
eyeliner, fake blood on the face and hands in a 'scratch' style, then
carefully place loads of fake birds all over your head, shoulders and arms.
You can usually get birds from craft stores - just arrange their wings a
bit, attach them with some wire in an 'attack' pose and fanny's your aunt.

Tell the host you're going as the Invisible Man, then just don't turn
up.
