Countess-Palatine Blackberry the Perplexed of Divine Interve
The little abtsrasd who broke our window yesterday have now had a go at
the windows of my next-door neighboour as well, although, fortunately,
since there are small children in that house, they didn't manage to
actually break anything.

HWDLAM has suggested doing an undercover observation in the car
tomorrow, but that's what the lbooyd dibbles are for, isn't it? I don't
think a 71 year old man should have to think of doing it.

Or am I wrong?

We rang the dibbles straight away, but presumably they're still drinking
their tea.

A chum of mine had a persistent problem with the local yoofer; he had a
vent for his boiler, which was covered by a wire cage, and this was
accessible from a passage at the back of the house. The local yoofer
took great pleasure in damaging it.

So he took two courses of action:

1) He installed a webcab, complete with a PIR and some software that
wakes up if anything moves.

2) Once he'd gleaned the necessary evidence, he replaced the cage with a
somewhat more substantial one; it looks like a shark cage for a hamster.

Evidence was duly presented to dibbles. Yoofer was defiant. "You cac't
prove it was me!" Went somewhat paler when several hours of time-coded
video evidence were produced. Has accepted a caution, and has also been
grounded "forever" by enraged dad, who did not much relish being pulled
out of a meeting to deal with son's arrest.
